Navy
Garlock manufactures numerous expansion
joints in accordance with U.S. Navy specifcations.
Style 9278 EZ-FLO
®
is designed to meet the
requirements of ASTM F1123, and is constructed of
neoprene and polyamide. Retaining rings must be
galvanized in accordance with the specifcation. Hy-
drostatic testing may be required and is performed
in-house at our Palmyra, New York, facility.
Style 7706
S-type (as pictured) has been devel-
oped specifcally for submarine service.
Other styles are available per application. Con-
sult the factory for specifc designs.
Coast Guard
Garlock expansion joints certifed to Coast
Guard Specifcation ASTM-F1123 are:
