How to Identify an Air Spring

The original equipment or aftermarket number is affixed to the
top plate of the air spring assembly. Then just double-check the
product photo in the main body of the Goodyear Engineered
Products catalog.
If this number is unknown due to wear on the
sticker or other reasons, refer to steps 2 through 6.

Begin your search with the flexible members number, which is
molded into the rubber part of the air spring. Now you can
narrow down the choices in the Flexible Members Index section
of catalog #719-99.

Measure the width of the top plate, making a note of the bolt
pattern or taps.
Number of convolutions in assembly:
1 – Single convolute
2 – Double convolute
3 – Triple convolute
