Prestofow - Flow regulator - In-line series
Principle
Prestofow unidirection in-line fow regulators are designed to be used
directly in the compressed air line when cylinder access is diffcult or
where another function ftting is already connected to the cylinder port.
The fne thread knurled adjuster provides precise control of piston rod
speed.When the desired fow has been set the adjusting bolt can be
locked in position.
• A check valve blocks the full fow ports in the exhaust direction.
• The fow is controlled by a needle valve ftted in the regulator body.
• These regulators can be :
• mounted using the 4 fxing holes
• assembled into banks using the joining clips included.
Flow adjustment
Flow control is adjusted with a screwdriver or manually with the knurled
nut.When the desired fow is set the adjusting screw can be locked
using the locking nut. The large number of turns from fully closed to
fully open allows for precise fow control.
