CH215 Clipper® Microlacer® Weighing less than 21 lbs. (9.5 kg), the Microlacer® is the lightweight, easy-to- operate solution for lacing belts on-site, and it creates a quality, long-lasting splice in minutes. Use it to lace belts up to 14" (350 mm) wide in one operation. Wider belts can be laced in multiple operations with the continuous lacing feature. A durable, lightweight body made from sturdy aircraft aluminum and a carrying handle make it easy to lace belts right on the conveyor. The belt clamp bar grips belts of any type or thickness freeing the operator's hands for one-person operation. Twin rollers embed fasteners evenly, and adjustable pressure ensures just the right amount of clinch.
