Non-asbestos, Wire-inserted, Fiberglass
Tacky Cloth
Non-asbestos blended cloth consisting of fiberglass and proprietary products.
Provides a superior bond between the fiberglass composite and the rubber compound. Brass wire inserted to provide
strength and conformability. Ideal for manhole, handhole, and tadpole gaskets. Service rating +400°F. Pressure rating
180 PSI.

Double Adhesive with Release Liner
High tack, low dead load acrylic adhesive coated on the exposed side of a 1/2 mil
polyester film. On the user side is a rubber based adhesive which exhibits
excellent initial tack, high peel strength and moderate shear. Works well in conjunction with some PVC and neoprene
closed cell rubber products. Also with cork and rubber composites as well as many urethane foams. The polyester
carrier offers excellent dimensional stability for die cutting. Thickness: carrier - 0.5 mils, adhesive exposed side - 1.5
mils, adhesive liner side - 1.3 mils, 74# release liner - 5.5 mils.

Fiberglass Cloth
Excellent temperature and strength properties, along with rot and mildew
resistance, make fiberglass fabrics valuable over a broad range of marine
and industrial applications. Will not rot, mildew or deteriorate. Resist most acids with the exception of hydrofluoric acid
and hot phosphoric acid. Low coefficient of thermal expansion and relatively high thermal conductivity. Will dissipate
heat more rapidly than asbestos or organic fibers. Will not burn; basically unaffected by high baking and curing
temperatures. Can often replace more costly insulation. Insulation service temperature to 1200°F. Major use is
welding protection.

Dry Woven Fiberglass Cloth
Woven with texturized roving yarns. Non-flammable, high heat resistance. may
be used at surface temperatures ranging from 120°F to 1000°F. Retains 50% of
tensile strength at 700°F, and as much as 25% at 1000°F. Will not stretch or shrink. No more than 3% elongation under
maximum stress. Retains stability even at high temperatures. Highly resistant to most chemicals except hydrofluoric
and hot phosphoric acid and wet hydrogen chloride. Will not rot or mildew.
