Material Path Option: Fit the blade width to the belt’s material path. The material path is typically the center 2/3 of the belt
width. In most cases a blade size of belt width minus 6" (150mm) may be the best solution.
•
Each cleaner pole is retrofittable for three blade sizes (belt width minus 6" (150mm), minus 12" (300mm) or minus 18" (450mm)).
•
Pole Length: Belt width plus 54" (1350mm). For longer requirements see Installation Accessories - Pole Extender Kit (Page 111).
•
Visual Tension Check: No guesswork on blade tensioning. Measure the spring and adjust to specified length per blade width to
restore optimal tensioning.
