Recommended for heavy-duty conveyor applications.
•
Material Path Option: Fit the blade width to the belt’s material path. The material path is typically the center 2/3 of the belt
width. In most cases a blade size of belt width minus 6" may be the best solution.
•
Each cleaner pole is retrofittable for four blade sizes (belt width - 6", - 12", - 18" or - 24”) (-150mm, -300mm, -450mm, -600mm).
•
Pole Length: Belt width plus 54" (1350mm). For longer requirements see Installation Accessories - Pole Extender Kit (Page 111).
•
Visual Tension Check: No guesswork on blade tensioning. Measure the spring and adjust to specified length per blade width
to restore optimal tensioning.
•
