Belt Conveyor Products
Product Notes:
•
The Positioner should be centered between two standard
return rollers. For general applications--standard belts up to 72"
(1800
mm): position the unit no closer than 3' (.9M) to a return roller
and no farther than 6' (1.8M).
•
Works on the return side of the conveyor using simple angled
rollers mounted in a fixed position to quickly and continuously
funnel the belt into the correct path.
•
A “quick fix” solution for belts that consistently wander
to one side.
•
Typically installed before the tail pulley to keep the belt centered at
the critical loading point. Center loading is the key to solving many
top side tracking problems.
•
Idler rollers make smooth contact with the return belt’s bottom
cover, eliminating excessive wear and damage to the belt’s edges.
•
Has no pivoting mechanism to freeze up and cause the unit
to stop working.
•
Once installed, no further adjustment is required
