Superior Impact Bar Supports Enhance Bar Function. Made from high-strength steel, our inverted-design Impact Bar Supports let the impact bars expand to absorb more damaging impact energy. This design also maintains optimal clearance between the supports so fugitive material can fall through and not build up. Plus, an Anti-Migratory Tab on each support bar secures the impact bar and prevents it from sliding in the same direction as the belt. This allows us to keep a stocked inventory and reduces turnaround time. Channel Crossbeams Efficiently Transfer Impact Energy. Our Channel Crossbeams feature gussets to tie the top and bottom flange together to improve the capacity and overall efficiency of the beams. This means we have lighter and stronger beams for your applications. Contoured ends on the Channel Crossbeams save vertical space and leave a thicker, more robust middle section to carry the load. All standard DRX Impact Beds use the same Channel Crossbeams. Engineered Better--Down to the Details. It's true--the devil is in the details. That's why even our smallest parts are designed to make your job easier and more productive. � DRX Impact Beds use our exclusive, anti-spin Square Washers to attach the impact bars to the Impact Bar Supports. These innovative washers work with standard, inexpensive carriage bolts. If ever needed, carriage bolts can be torched off and replaced for pennies. Other beds require expensive T bolts. � DRX beds are powder coated for better corrosion resistance, more durable finish and a more attractive appearance. � On all DRX beds the four center Impact Support Bars tilt 3� inward.
