Slide-Out ServiceTM on the DRX3000 Dynamic Makes Maintenance Quick, Convenient and Safe. The DRX3000 Dynamic Impact Bed separates in the middle, allowing the two sides to slide apart and out. This unique Slide-Out ServiceTM gives direct access to all the bars and bolts for quick, easy and safe maintenance. Once the halves have been moved out and up, bar replacement is straightforward. Further, the DRX line is designed to work with any common rubber impact bar. Use existing stock and maintain a smaller inventory for future change outs. Safety is also improved with a DRX bed. When the two sides are moved out, they rest on the side rail for safe and secure access. When returned to the run position, the side assemblies easily engage with a central locating pin, while the bolts secure each side back in place. Superior Impact Bar Supports Enhance Bar Function. Made from high-strength steel, our distinctive inverted-design Impact Bar Supports allow the impact bars to expand and function properly to absorb more impact energy. This design also maintains optimal clearance between the supports so fugitive material can fall through and not build up between bars. Plus, an Anti-Migratory Tab on each support bar secures the impact bar and prevents it from sliding in the same direction as the belt. Channel Crossbeams Efficiently Transfer Impact Energy. Our Channel Crossbeams feature gussets to tie the top and bottom flange together to improve the capacity and overall efficiency of the beams. This means we have lighter and stronger beams for your applications. Contoured ends on the Channel Crossbeams save vertical space and leave a thicker, more robust middle section to carry the load.
